Cilfynydd Primary School is a small school in the heart of the village of Cilfynydd.  We are very proud of our children, who constantly amaze us with their enthusiasm, their zest for learning and their positive approach to meeting challenges.

 Our school motto is "Creating the Future Together". We work hard to ensure that as a whole community we support the children in our care to achieve the highest standards possible and develop a range of skills that they will use throughout their lives.  We are an inclusive learning community that is forward thinking and passionate in ensuring that all children in our care are happy, enthusiastic and lifelong learners.

We are extremely fortunate to have a highly professional staff, who are committed to providing a wide range of exciting and engaging learning opportunities for our children. The staff are supported and encouraged by the school's Governors, who are dedicated to ensuring every child has the opportunity to reach their full potential. We strive to promote a happy and productive relationship with the whole School community and we are confident that, by working together, we can provide the best educational opportunities possible for our children.

The School is extremely lucky in the support it receives from parents and from the Friends of Cilfynydd, both of whom offer their time, enthusiasm and energy to organise social activities which bring children, parents and the local community together to raise money for the school.

As Head teacher, it is an honour to serve the school community, and continue to develop our ethos, traditions and educational provision to the highest standards.
